Minimum Stay

Please be aware that minimum stay requirements may vary throughout the year. If no availability is shown for your selected dates, we recommend adjusting the length of your stay, as a longer minimum stay may be in effect during that period.

Parking

Valet parking is available for a fee. Rates vary depending on the season. Parking is included for the Residences. The maximum height in our garage is 6’ 9”; oversize vehicles cannot be accommodated and should use the Vail parking structure across the street. Limit one vehicle per hotel room.

Smoking

There is no smoking or vaping allowed on Austria Haus property.

Pet Policy

Austria Haus does not allow pets except for service animals.
